Baseline data is an important part of EIA. Baseline data is used in an EIA to describe the current socio-biological and physical conditions of the immediate area and any area the project is predicted to affect.
Baseline data
has various factors of the project study, which includes-Physical like soil properties, the geological characteristics, the topography, watershed properties, etc.
Chemical like water, air, noise and soil pollution levels, etc.
Biological such as biodiversity, types of flora and fauna, species richness, species distribution, types of ecosystems, presence or absence of endangered species and/or sensitive ecosystems etc. Socio-economic where demography,
social structure, economic conditions, developmental capabilities, displacement of locals, etc. and Cultural like location and state of archaeological and/or religious sites.
We are doing baseline data generation for different
kind of projects as required by the NABET accredited consultant. We have few of them works jointly to complete the job.
